Philanthropy Events

Our biggest philanthropy event of the year, to support our Delta Gamma foundation and Service for Sight, is Anchor Splash. Many different organizations across the campus form teams to compete against each other. Teams perform various relays and a synchronized performance in order to raise funds for our cause. In 2013, we raised over $10,000 from Anchor Splash.

Apart from Anchor Splash, we make arts and crafts for the visually impaired, such as braille cards. Also, we try to volunteer as much as we can at Sunrise senior living.  

In addition, Delta Gamma likes to support other fraternities/ sororities and organizations on campus by participating in their philanthropy event. Some examples of events we participate in/ attend are: Delta Tau Delta's Delta Queen Contest and Snow Day.
